Top Banana

This week Piper has been the Top Banana in class. We had to create a board with pictures of her life. We did this all weekend long! All the hours were worth it though because I think it turned out pretty darn cute. Today she got to be the teacher and lead circle time. It was the quietest circle time ever. My usually talkative in the she never shuts up sort of way has decided that she is now shy and refuses to speak to the teacher at school. The teacher in me was cringing, but I was still beaming with mommy pride.

Your picture board looks great. Isn't it funny when your normally outgoing child turns shy. That happens here every now and again and it baffles me. Good job!

I love that picture board - great job!!
Kelton gets like that, too. Shy? Him? No in this lifetime but sometimes he gets a bit weird and acts all shy...but at least he will say "I'm being shy." :)

When I pick up Carson at preschool he often goes into "baby talk" when saying good-bye to his teachers. It kills me! :o)

The picture board is so great! You are so creative with things like that so I'm not a bit surprised! I think I've told you before that Kyra is painfully shy at school. She saves it ALL for home! ALL of it! Sometimes I'm so happy to see bedtime come so I can have a break from the constant singing, talking, humming, talking, singing - did I mention talking? :)
