Paige had been complaining and crying at nigt that her left eye hurt so we decided to take her in to our eye doctor (which we just love). Sure enough her right eye wasn't working as well and her left eye was starting to over compensate for it which is why by the end of the night her left eye would ache. Bottom line- Paige needs glasses. It was a little upsetting at first because you never want to hear about something wrong with your child, but now that she has them she loves tham and she looks so darn cute in them! We picked out pink Barbie glasses.
She is so good with them too. I really expected to be on our 3rd pair by now, but she is so responsible. I hear from the preschool parents that their kids want glasses too just like Paige.

Seriously - could she be any cuter? Oh my gosh! I confess I do love to see little ones in glasses. I know I'm probably weird but there is just something so innocent about them. When I got my new specs, the kids tried on glasses at the shop and I have to say, I think baby K would be adorable in them. (Is it a lot of work to be sure they wear them and that the glasses are kept safe?)
The glasses really do look cute on Paige. It makes me less sad that Katie will be wearing a pair herself in the next year or two (as her eye doctor said by the time she is 3 or 4 she'll need them).
She looks just darling! It just magnifies her CUTENESS!
